📚 Reading

I’m doing my best to read for at least 30 minutes a day. As a mood reader, I usually have a number of different books on the go at any one time. One day I may want to read science-fiction, another day something more humourous, and another day something non-fiction.

Currently reading: Senna vs. Prost by Malcolm Folley; Maskerade by Terry Pratchett; Holly by Stephen King.

🏋🏼 Exercise

Exercising six days per week is my current goal. Light to moderate intensity.

I have abandoned most forms of cardio. My joints aren’t what they used to be, and my ‘swimmer’s physique’ exited the building a long time ago.

Current focus is on transforming my body type from skinny-fat to something resembling a normal BMI alongside some muscle tone and definition where it matters.

That means I’m lifting (lightly) two or three times per week, and working on my legs/lower body the other days.
